I have been looking for a hose nozzle that would supply a gentle stream so you can direct your watering to exact places without damaging the plant. I used to have one that had a gentle stream and a gentle shower (from Gardena) but they have discontinued that model. This one has 4 options so you can water 4 different ways. Just don't leave it outside when the weather starts to freeze like I did!! The plastic cracked and I had to throw it away. It gives me exactly what I wanted, so I ordered another one for my back yard.
